CodeZAP Innovations - FZCO primarily delivers digital solutions and services. However, this policy covers delivery timelines for both digital and physical products (if applicable).
1. Digital Services & Products
Deliverables such as software, applications, and digital licenses will be provided electronically via email, secure portals, or client dashboards.
Standard delivery timelines will be defined in each client contract or project proposal.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
Any physical items (e.g., packaged software, devices, or promotional materials) will be shipped using trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination but generally range from 3–10 business days within the UAE and 7–21 business days for international shipments.
Clients will receive a tracking number once an order is dispatched.
3. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, courier delays, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during checkout or invoicing.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Non-Delivery Issues
For digital products: Please notify us within 48 hours if you have not received your access credentials or files.
For physical products: Please report any non-delivery within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
