• Custom Software, IT Solutions, and Consulting Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these are tailored to client-specific requirements.

• If you cancel before project initiation, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative deductions.

2. Digital Products & Licenses

• Once digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content are delivered, they are considered final and non-refundable.

• In case of technical issues preventing access, we will work with you to resolve the problem or provide an alternative solution.

3. Subscription Services

• For ongoing services billed monthly or annually, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
